The Opportunity

As the ICT Portfolio Delivery Lead you will oversee the endtoend delivery of ICT initiatives across both BAU and project streams ensuring alignment between business priorities technical teams and delivery outcomes.

Acting as a key point of engagement for stakeholders across the organisation you will drive disciplined yet agile delivery practices maintain delivery roadmaps and ensure initiatives are delivered on time within scope and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning coordination and endtoend delivery of ICT initiatives across BAU and project portfolios

• Own the functional roadmap for enterprise applications working with stakeholders and vendors to prioritise and evolve it and have strategic conversations to enable it.

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders facilitating alignment prioritisation and decisionmaking

• Coordinate crossfunctional delivery teams including internal ICT resources and external vendors

• Establish and manage delivery cadences roadmaps sprint plans and release schedules

• Provide delivery governance including status reporting risk management issue escalation and continuous improvement

• Proven experience leading enterprisescale ICT delivery across applications and BAU environments and be technically astute and business savvy.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels

• Handson experience with agile or hybrid delivery frameworks and delivery management tools

• A pragmatic organised professional who balances strategic thinking with execution detail
