The Opportunity
As the Application Functional Lead you will provide functional and technical leadership across a portfolio of enterprise applications owning the application roadmap and driving continuous improvement.
You will work closely with business stakeholders vendors and delivery teams to translate business needs into effective application solutions while ensuring delivery commitments system capability and longterm architectural alignment are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the functional roadmap for enterprise applications and integrations
Lead requirements elicitation analysis and documentation across the project lifecycle
Act as the functional authority for applications advising on feasibility system capability and integration impacts
Engage with vendors to evaluate solutions manage performance and support informed technology decisions
Partner with delivery and development leads to ensure requirements are translated into highquality outcomes
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong technical functional experience across enterprise applications and business systems
Able to bridge business and technology from strategic roadmap discussions to detailed functional analysis
Experienced in vendor engagement solution evaluation and complex application environments
A confident communicator with a structured analytical approach to problemsolving
