Job Summary

About the client:

Our client are among the Top 20 Importers in Malaysia who deal with Onions Spices including Red Chilly & Cardamom Pulses including Red Lentils Nuts including Groundnuts etc. They import into Malaysia from multiple origins including India.

They are looking for a hands-on operator to manage nationwide 3PL warehouses and last-mile logistics (North Central South). You will act as the central control towerowning inventory accuracy fulfillment performance and delivery reliability across partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth inbound storage and outbound operations.
Own inventory accuracy stock visibility and replenishment across regions.
Oversee last-mile transport vendors to drive on-time delivery (OTIF).
Track and improve key KPIs: fulfillment SLA delivery performance cost per order.
Resolve operational issues quickly (delays stock discrepancies delivery failures).
Standardize SOPs and drive continuous improvement across all partners.
Work closely with commercial suppliers and finance teams on planning and execution.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years in logistics supply chain or 3PL operations.
Proven experience managing external warehouse and transport partners.
Strong data and KPI-driven mindset.
Able to operate in a fast-paced execution-focused environment.
Hands-on problem-solver with strong ownership.
