Job Summary
About the client:
Our client are among the Top 20 Importers in Malaysia who deal with Onions Spices including Red Chilly & Cardamom Pulses including Red Lentils Nuts including Groundnuts etc. They import into Malaysia from multiple origins including India.
They are looking for a hands-on operator to manage nationwide 3PL warehouses and last-mile logistics (North Central South). You will act as the central control towerowning inventory accuracy fulfillment performance and delivery reliability across partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth inbound storage and outbound operations.
- Own inventory accuracy stock visibility and replenishment across regions.
- Oversee last-mile transport vendors to drive on-time delivery (OTIF).
- Track and improve key KPIs: fulfillment SLA delivery performance cost per order.
- Resolve operational issues quickly (delays stock discrepancies delivery failures).
- Standardize SOPs and drive continuous improvement across all partners.
- Work closely with commercial suppliers and finance teams on planning and execution.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years in logistics supply chain or 3PL operations.
- Proven experience managing external warehouse and transport partners.
- Strong data and KPI-driven mindset.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced execution-focused environment.
- Hands-on problem-solver with strong ownership.
