Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Registered Nurse (RN) Triage position in the Houstonarea.
Job Description:
The RN telephone triage nurse must be extremely skilled at listening to what patients tell them. They must hear not only what the patient says but also have the ability to interpret such subtle indications as the tone of voice hesitations or incomplete responses. The triage nurse shouldknow how toassessa patient and schedule a clinical visit when needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas - required
- 1 years experience as a RN required
- Triage experience - required
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health- preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
