Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); English proficiency required
- Strong interest in or experience with consumer electronics or home appliances
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Holder of an EU passport or valid Greek work permit
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German
- Troubleshoot technical issues with household appliances and guide customers through solutions
- Accurately log all interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate department
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
