Job Summary
Are you a German-speaking professional with an interest in financial services Join our team on-site in Athens Greece and support German-speaking customers of a globally trusted financial transfer and payment platform.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Interest in financial services payments or money transfer
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers with money transfer inquiries account access and transactions
- Identify and resolve payment issues quickly and accurately
- Comply with financial regulations and internal compliance procedures
- Escalate suspicious activity or fraud cases to the appropriate team
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
