Job Summary
Are you a German speaker passionate about cars and great customer service Were offering a fully remote position for an automotive support advisor assisting German-speaking customers of a leading vehicle brand work from home anywhere in Greece.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Interest in the automotive industry or vehicle technology
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers with vehicle-related inquiries warranties and service bookings
- Assist with roadside assistance requests and ownership queries
- Guide customers through digital tools and owner portals
- Coordinate with dealership networks and technical specialists on escalations
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in all customer interactions
