Requirements

- Interest in telecommunications mobile services or internet technology
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers with mobile internet and account-related inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity billing and service issues
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps clearly and patiently
- Process service changes upgrades and cancellations
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex escalations
