Job Summary

Looking for a fully remote role that lets you work with a globally recognised tech brand Were hiring a Dutch-speaking technical support specialist to assist customers from the comfort of your home anywhere in Greece.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Interest in technology software or digital services
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat
  • Troubleshoot software account and platform-related issues step by step
  • Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate specialist team
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates
