Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Interest in technology software or digital services
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Troubleshoot software account and platform-related issues step by step
- Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate specialist team
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates
