Role Purpose / Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in the real estate segment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including strategic partnerships market expansion and product diversification.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients developers investors and industry stakeholders.
Lead the development of proposals presentations and contracts for new and existing business.

& Client Relationship Management
Drive sales performance by setting clear objectives and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Oversee the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements leases and property transactions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and investors.
Ensure high client satisfaction through strong relationship management and service delivery.

& Performance Management
Develop and manage the commercial budget ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance revenue and profitability metrics.
Prepare reports on commercial performance market trends and competitive activities for senior management.
Optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness in the market.
Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead mentor and manage a team responsible for sales and commercial activities within the real estate segment.
Set performance objectives track progress and provide coaching and development to the team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Work closely with marketing legal finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements in all commercial transactions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Commerce or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales commercial or business development roles with at least 4 years at managerial level.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales or commercial targets.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry
Strong business development skills with the ability to identify qualify and close opportunities.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in developing pricing strategies contract negotiations and managing P&L or revenue lines.
Experience in client relationship management including building and maintaining high-level partnerships with corporates government or development partners.
Strong account management experience

Strong execution and project management skills ensuring strategies are translated into tangible results.
Ability to communicate present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-level
High level of comfort working with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills particularly with sales data

Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
