Job Summary

Role Purpose

To drive sustainable sales growth and market expansion across Central & Eastern Africa by leveraging technical expertise building strong customer and distributor relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives within the F&B components and spare parts sector.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver sales targets (revenue profitability and market share)
  • Develop and retain key customer accounts while expanding into new markets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the region
  • Build manage and grow distributor partnerships
  • Provide technical sales support product demonstrations and training
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and reporting through CRM tools

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years field sales experience within the F&B or industrial solutions market
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience working with distributors and regional sales structures is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of target industries (processing packaging filtration pumps valves etc.) is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)

  • Strong ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
