Job Summary

At Loyal to Cumbria our Customer Support Specialists play a key role in shaping meaningful and positive customer experiences. As a trusted point of contact you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality care and community. Working remotely youll guide customers through their journey with usoffering support resolving issues and leaving a lasting impression with every interaction.

What Youll Do

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide clear accurate guidance on products services and purchases

  • Deliver a warm supportive and customer-first experience in every interaction

Problem Solving & Case Management

  • Handle customer concerns complaints and requests efficiently and thoughtfully

  • Take full ownership of cases ensuring resolution from start to finish

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining high service standards

Experience Enhancement

  • Identify recurring customer challenges and suggest practical improvements

  • Share feedback and insights to help enhance customer experience strategies

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within internal systems

Order & Service Assistance

  • Support customers with order tracking returns and exchanges

  • Ensure all requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service quality

  • Contribute to team discussions focused on customer satisfaction and retention

  • Help foster a positive engaged and collaborative remote work culture

About You

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (support or service preferred)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and confidently

  • A solution-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping others

  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a remote environment

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Familiarity with CRM systems helpdesk platforms and digital tools
