Job Summary

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives with experience supporting vehicle or car dealership operations for an exciting opportunity with a leading financial services client in Detroit.

This is a junior-level position ideal for candidates with dealership automotive operations fleet or remarketing experience.

Job Responsibilities

Perform Dealer Onboarding activities within the Remarketing Department
Process SmartAuction ID requests and maintain dealer accounts
Review and validate document packages for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with dealers sales teams and internal partners
Support account maintenance and shared mailbox monitoring
Assist with onboarding workflows and operational projects

Required Experience

Customer Service experience within Automotive / Vehicle Dealership environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with MS Office and Excel

Preferred Experience

Remarketing Auto Finance Fleet or Auction operations
Dealer onboarding or contract processing experience
Salesforce experience is a plus

Work Details

Location: Detroit MI (Hybrid 2 days remote / 3 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ET
