We are currently looking for a Remote Technical Support to join our team at Alfafam Management Consulting. As a technical support specialist you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone email and chat to clients experiencing technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems identify root causes and implement solutions
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and remote access tools
