Job Description: Online Chat Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide information about the consulting services offered by Alfafam Management Consulting
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers in navigating the companys website and online resources
- Collect feedback from customers to improve the online chat service and overall customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of business consulting concepts
- Prof in using online chat platforms
Desired Experience:
Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support roles
