Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products or services offered by Alfafam Management Consulting
- Assist customers with placing orders or scheduling appointments through the online chat platform
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate to higher management when necessary
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all online chat interactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Basic knowledge of business operations and consulting services
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in online customer service or chat support role
- Experience working in a consulting firm or business environment is a plus
