Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products or services offered by Alfafam Management Consulting
  • Assist customers with placing orders or scheduling appointments through the online chat platform
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate to higher management when necessary
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all online chat interactions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Basic knowledge of business operations and consulting services
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in online customer service or chat support role
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or business environment is a plus
