Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Alfafam Management Consulting. As a remote IT Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our technology systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal and external users on software and hardware-related issues.
- Set up and configure computer systems troubleshoot network connectivity and ensure data security.
- Install and maintain software applications and perform regular system updates.
- Create and update technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
