What Makes This Role Different

This is not a conventional assistant role. You will work closely with the Director of Strategy contribute to business decisions support expansion planning and play an active role in marketing strategy execution. Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Director on strategic and operational activities

Assist in growth initiatives for existing centres and new expansion planning

Coordinate cross-functionally for seamless execution

Support marketing strategy discussions and business planning

Prepare high-quality reports presentations and dashboards

Track projects and ensure timely follow-ups

Assist in corporate communications and strategic initiatives

Desired Qualifications

MBA (preferred) with understanding of marketing and corporate functions

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT

Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up skills

Ambitious and eager to grow into senior marketing roles

Digital marketing exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
