Job Summary
Responsible for leading all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the hotels facilities systems and infrastructure are safe efficient and aligned with high guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily engineering operations including HVAC electrical plumbing and safety systems
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime
- Manage budgets CapEx planning and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations fire codes and local laws
- Lead emergency response and risk management efforts
- Supervise train and develop the engineering team
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest-related issues
- Manage vendors contractors and renovation projects
- Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience with 45 years in a leadership role (preferably in hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and hotel operations
