In partnership with our client we are seeking a Lead Product Marketing to own and drive the growth engine behind a fast-growing tech-mobility platform. This is more than a marketing role. You will be the strategic force responsible for turning product value into demand building a predictable lead-generation engine across both B2B and rental this role you will sit at the intersection of Product Sales and Marketing shaping how the business attracts converts and retains customers through both digital and offline channels. - You are a product marketing professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in a tech-driven environment.
- You are comfortable operating across both B2B and B2C or rental segments with a clear understanding of how to tailor messaging and strategy for each.
- You are a strong storyteller who can translate complex products into clear compelling value for customers.
- You are data-driven and focused on performance with a strong understanding of lead generation conversion and funnel optimisation.
- You are highly collaborative and able to work across Product Sales and Leadership to drive alignment and execution.
- You are commercially minded and understand how marketing directly impacts revenue and business growth.
- You are proactive and execution-focused with the ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
- You will own the customer-facing experience across key touchpoints including landing pages onboarding flows and in-app messaging for both Rental and Business segments.
- You will design and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive demand and product adoption.
- You will work closely with the Product team to ensure marketing strategy aligns with product roadmap and customer needs.
Lead Generation and Growth
- You will build and manage a predictable lead-generation engine across both B2B and rental segments.
- You will drive both online and offline initiatives including partnerships events and activations that generate high-quality leads.
- You will continuously optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
Content and Sales Enablement
- You will develop high-quality marketing and sales materials including decks case studies and campaign assets that support conversion.
- You will support the Sales team with the tools and content needed to close deals effectively.
- You will oversee PR and content initiatives that build brand credibility and strengthen market positioning.
What Success looks like
- Consistently achieving monthly qualified lead targets across both B2B and rental segments.
- Improving marketing efficiency by reducing cost per lead while maintaining or improving lead quality.
- Strong alignment with Sales with clear evidence that marketing efforts are supporting revenue generation.
- Successful execution of high-impact campaigns that drive measurable growth and brand visibility.
To be considered for this role you should have
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Product Marketing within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing marketing across both B2B and B2C or rental segments.
- Strong experience in campaign execution lead generation and funnel optimisation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across multiple channels.
