Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with proven industry experience to lead go-to-market strategies drive product positioning and enable sales success in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral presentations and training materials to support revenue teams.
- Content Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to produce blogs case studies and product-related content.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 35 years of product marketing experience in the technology industry (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot Salesforce Analytics and project management platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
- Experience with start-up organization
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and privacy-first marketing.
- Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
