Your Responsibilities...
Product Strategy and amp; Innovation
- You will own the end-to-end product strategy and innovation roadmap aligned to the companys growth goals and market ambitions. You will define what gets built why it matters and how it wins commercially across new categories hero products and reformulations.
- You will use data and consumer insights to analyse competitor trends product positioning and whitespace opportunities in the market.
- You will balance innovation speed margin and operational feasibility to ensure the roadmap is ambitious but executable.
New Product Development and amp; Upgrades
- You will lead NPD and product upgrades from ideation all the way through to launch including concept development formulation testing validation costing and go-to-market readiness.
- You will manage timelines trade-offs and delivery owning accountability for on-time high-quality product launches.
- You will work closely with external labs and formulation partners driving iteration and ensuring standards are met at every stage.
- You will partner with the Brand team to ensure strong product positioning messaging and execution at launch.
- You will drive quality control and production consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
Commercial Product Ownership and amp; Performance
- You will act as the owner of product performance not just delivery tracking SKU performance and optimising the product assortment continuously.
- You will identify underperforming products and opportunities for improvement rationalisation or innovation based on real market data.
- You will partner with Commercial and Marketing to ensure strong product-market fit pricing strategy and hero product positioning.
- You will translate product features into clear compelling consumer value that drives adoption and trust.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- You will operate at the intersection of Product Brand Commercial Finance and Supply Chain driving alignment clear decision-making and strong execution across teams.
- You will lead cross-functional meetings and processes ensuring priorities are agreed trade-offs are clear and follow-through is consistent.
Team and amp; Partner Management
- You will directly manage external labs formulation partners and the Korea Manager and product development partners.
- You will build and scale the product development function establishing processes and standards that support faster better execution as the business grows.
Product Representation and amp; Education
- You will own product accuracy across all touchpoints including the website packaging retail materials and training content.
- You will serve as the internal expert and external voice of the product supporting education across sales marketing and customer support teams.
Strategic Projects and amp; Process Building
- You will lead key initiatives across packaging innovation claims development and validation ESG and sustainability and product development systems.
- You will build scalable processes and systems that improve execution speed and quality as the product portfolio grows.
Trends and amp; Insights
- You will stay close to global skincare trends ingredients and innovation pipelines translating what you find into clear relevant product opportunities for the business.

- A clearly defined product roadmap that is aligned to business growth goals and reviewed and updated regularly.
- New product launches delivered on time and to quality standards with strong commercial performance in the first 90 days post-launch.
- SKU performance is tracked consistently with underperforming products identified and actioned within a clear review cycle.

- External lab and partner relationships are well managed delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines and budgets.

To be considered for this role you should have...
- Proven experience in product development product management or a related role within beauty skincare FMCG or consumer brands.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex cross-functional product launches from ideation to market.
- Commercial acumen and experience using data to drive product decisions including SKU performance pricing and assortment strategy.
- Experience working with external labs formulation partners or manufacturers.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect product brand and sales into a cohesive and commercially viable strategy.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business Marketing Chemistry or Consumer Sciences. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
