Job Title - Project Manager Strategic Initiatives
Location - Gurgaon
Reports to - Site Lead India
Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who plans and drives the execution of key initiatives for India Center collaboratively working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with India Site leader to prioritize plan and execute key cross functional projects.
- Establish governance and cadence for India Center for cross functional items
- Partner with India Management Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with FNZs overall objectives
- Analyze business metrics identify trends and recommend corrective actions or optimization opportunities
- Define maintain and report Center level KPIs operational and strategic
- Facilitate review meetings with senior leadership members ensuring actionable outcomes and follow-up
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks across the sites
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Track and analyze Technology cost performance against budget identifying variances and underlying drivers
- Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Build strong relationships across all organizational levels to facilitate smooth project execution

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Finance or related field
- 4 - 6 years of experience in project management strategy consulting or financial planning roles
- Should have done site / center level project / operations management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or professional qualification (CFA CPA CIMA)
- Experience in financial services or fintech industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
