Job Title : Government Regional Sales Manager
Experience : 6-10 Years
Location : Mumbai/Ahmedabad Kolkata Bangalore/Chennai Delhi/Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business in government healthcare institutions (hospitals medical colleges PHCs/CHCs etc.)
- Manage end-to-end government sales cycle including tenders GeM portal and order execution
- Build strong relationships with government officials purchase heads and hospital administrators
- Develop and execute revenue strategies for the assigned region
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
- Handle dealer/distributor network and onboard OEMs
- Negotiate pricing contracts and commercial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Track market trends competitor activity and share insights
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field
- Experience in government / institutional healthcare sales
- Knowledge of tendering processes GeM portal and procurement systems
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience in dealer/distributor management
- Self-driven with ability to manage territory independently
- Willingness to travel
