Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue generation for the install sound segment in Delhi and the peripheral market
- Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities across various sectors such as corporates hospitality education performance venues and government projects
- Build strong influence with System Integrators Architects Consultants and PMCs to secure specifications and project wins
- Develop a strong pipeline of projects and actively track opportunities from early-stage discussions to closure
- Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver winning proposals and solutions
- Ensure timely follow-ups negotiations and closures to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- 35 years of proven sales experience in AV professional audio or related industries
- Strong existing network within System Integrators Consultants Architects and the PMC ecosystem in and around Delhi
- Basic technical understanding of professional audio systems and installation workflows is preferred.
- This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel including regular client meetings site visits and on-ground engagement to drive project closures
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation influencing and closing skills
- Highly self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
