Project Manager-Civil

AECOM India is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for the planning design and delivery of infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination client interfacing schedule and quality oversight and ensuring successful project execution in line with contractual and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project coordination including planning design development and delivery activities.
• Interface effectively with clients stakeholders consultants and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and control project deliverables schedules budgets and quality compliance.
• Coordinate and lead technical reviews design approvals and internal quality checks.
• Support contractual communication progress reporting and documentation in line with project and client requirements.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning in coordination with discipline leads.
• Ensure adherence to AECOMs quality management systems safety standards and project governance processes.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree (B.E./ / ) in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure and/or design projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex deliverables.
• Experience working in consulting or design-led project environments is preferred.

Additional Information :

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in relevant design and coordination tools such as:
  • AutoCAD
  • Civil 3D
  • GIS (as applicable)
• Strong working knowledge of industry standards engineering practices and applicable codes.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings technical documents and project reports.
