Job Summary
Job Description: Remote Proofreader
Job Responsibilities:
- Proofread and edit written content for accuracy grammar punctuation and formatting
- Ensure consistency in tone and style throughout the content
- Identify and correct errors in spelling syntax and word usage
- Review and provide feedback on content to ensure clarity and coherence
- Work collaboratively with writers and editors to improve overall quality of content
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Essential Qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail and strong command of the English language
- Excellent grammar and punctuation skills
- Proficiency in using proofreading tools and software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong communication and time management skills
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing roles
