As a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative at Vibes Communications you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat and email channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their VoIP solutions. This role requires strong communication skills technical knowledge and a passion for helping others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
