Our specialized team of proposal and project application engineers supports the global MWM sales organization toprovide customers with tailored power plant solutions. Manager Project Application Engineering(m/f/d)
What will be your task at this position
- Lead and manage the growing Project Application Engineering department for MWM-based integrated power generation solutions.
- Ensure technical excellence and consistency across all project phases
- Oversee and drive system integration and engineering excellence for complex solutions in aglobal team for global projects
- Provide strategic and operational guidance toengineering and project teams ensuring customer focus and alignment with business goals
What dowe expect from asuitable candidate
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for innovative engineering solutions and global projects
- Experience with all steps of design and execution of complex (power plant) projects
- Strong ability totranslate complex customer needs into specifications and designs
- Business mindset and customer focus
- Willingness totravel internationally
- Fluency in English
