Jobdescription& summary
ApplicationPlanningandDeployment:
Leadtheplanninganddeploymentofsoftwareapplicationdevelopedby a vendor
Collaboratewiththevendor team toensureadherence toapplicationstandards bestpractices andprojecttimelines.
EnsureQAofeachrelease
Overseetheimplementationofupdatesensuringasmoothtransitionand minimaldisruption to businessoperations.
Team Leadership:
Managea teamofQA andapplicationspecialists.
Provideguidance support andmentorshipto teammembers.
Fosteracollaborativeandinnovativeworkenvironment.
Project Management:
Developprojectplansallocateresources and monitor progress toensure timelydeliveryofprojects.
Identifyandmitigaterisksassociatedwithapplicationdeployment.
StakeholderCollaboration:
Workcloselywithbusinessstakeholderstounderstandtheirrequirementsand discusswith vendor application can meet their needs.
Communicateeffectivelywithnon-technical stakeholderstranslating technicalconceptsintounderstandableterms.
Documentation:
Ensureteammaintainsdocumentationforapplicationsincludingtechnicalspecifications usermanuals andchangelogs.
Innovation andContinuousImprovement:Stayinformed aboutindustry trends emergingtechnologies andbest practices indocument automation.
Implementinnovationandcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceourserviceoffering aswellas efficiency andeffectiveness ofapplication management processes.
Requirementsoftherole
MinimumYearsofExperience: 7yearsofwhichmin. 4years progressive roles involvingIT products.
Directexperiencewithteam leadership.
ExperienceintheareaofQAofITproductisa must.
Abilitytocommunicateclearlyandeffectivelywithallstakeholders.
Innovativethinkingandproactivecollaborationwithourvendor on strategic applicationdevelopment AIfirstmindset.
Experiencewithmanagingexternalsuppliersandproductdeploymentprocesses.
Czech &Englishlanguageknowledgeonprofessionallevel.
