JobDescription& Summary
ApplicationPlanningandDeployment:
Leadtheplanninganddeploymentofsoftwareapplicationdevelopedby a vendor
Collaboratewiththevendor team toensureadherence to application standards bestpractices andprojecttimelines.
EnsureQAofeachrelease and overseetheimplementationofupdatesensuringaminimaldisruption to businessoperations.
Team Leadership:
Managea teamofQA andapplicationspecialists and provide guidance support andmentorshipto teammembers.
Fosteracollaborativeandinnovativeworkenvironment.
Project Management:
Developprojectplansallocateresources and monitor progress toensure timelydeliveryofprojects.
StakeholderCollaboration:
Workcloselywithbusinessstakeholderstounderstandtheirrequirementsand discusswith vendor application can meet their needs.
Communicateeffectivelywithnon-technical stakeholders translating technical concepts intounderstandable terms.
Documentation:
Ensureteammaintainsdocumentationforapplicationsincludingtechnicalspecifications usermanuals andchangelogs.
Innovation andContinuous Improvement: implementinnovation and continuousimprovement initiativestoenhance ourserviceoffering aswellas efficiency andeffectiveness ofapplication management processes.
RequirementsoftheRole
MinimumYearsofExperience: 7yearsofwhichmin. 4years progressive roles involvingIT products.
Directexperiencewithteam leadership.
ExperienceintheareaofQAofITproductisa must.
Abilitytocommunicateclearlyandeffectivelywithallstakeholders.
Innovativethinkingandproactivecollaborationwithourvendor on strategic applicationdevelopment AIfirstmindset.
Experiencewithmanagingexternalsuppliersandproductdeploymentprocesses.
Czech &Englishlanguageknowledgeonprofessionallevel.
