Following its establishment in 2012 Plzeň has grown into our fastest-growing Engineering Development Center in Europe. The center focuses on the design and development of Lear products including complex seating mechanisms and structures foams coatings plastics and trim components. The vision for Plzen is not to work as an internal supplier for our European business units but to develop into a leading Design and Development Center working on projects for all major European OEM customer groups from concept phase through to delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central interface between the company and the customer AUDI representing customer-specific requirements and interests
  • Oversee ongoing projects from pre-series to series production and spare parts while maintaining direct contact with the OEM
  • Take responsibility for the successful execution of acquisition projects
  • Independently prepare quotations in collaboration with internal departments and manage contract reviews quotation followups and negotiations
  • Handle change management processes including commercial assessment negotiation and implementation of technical product modifications
  • Strategically plan and conduct customer relationship management as part of your core responsibilities
  • Monitor business performance by identifying deviations conducting competitive analyses and gathering customerrelated data for sales and marketing planning

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or business administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales management within the VW Group (Audi preferred) ideally in Lears direct market environment
  • Initial knowledge in product development manufacturing processes or quality management for trim
  • Enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team
  • Ability to analyze complex and evolving tasks
  • Strong communication skills in English German would be a strong plus
  • Enjoy building customer relationships and establishing a trustful cooperation basis
  • Willingness to travel as required
