Job Summary

Take the helm and drive the T-Mobile Households segment. Become part of our diverse friendly team and help further strengthen T-Mobile as the most loved brand and a strong telco player.

What will you do

  • You will be responsible for driving the marketing mix and growing our household segment (B2C). Your mission will be to create the most attractive value propositions for our customers and support the long-term growth of the segment
  • Create manage and commercialize all key propositions
  • Define and develop customer journeys for key launches
  • Shape the vision of products and services based on customer feedback their needs and the market landscape
  • Coordinate regularly with marketing communication and sales channels to drive segment performance
  • Work both in the office and in the field with occasional trips outside Prague. At the beginning of the collaboration you will receive onboarding materials to help you settle into the role smoothly as well as a buddy who will support you along the way

  • You are comfortable working with numbers and can explain them clearly without hesitation. You have a strong command of charts and know how to manage financial flows
  • Your mind iscreative and always brings fresh ideas
  • Ideally you have direct experience in segment management preferably within the telco industry
  • You are communicative and assertive as meetings and presentations will be part of your daily routine
  • You have strong organizational skills can motivate people and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
