Job Summary

About the Role-

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Professional (Digital Marketing India) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales strong communication and negotiation skills and a proven ability to drive revenue through new client acquisition. This role requires a proactive individual contributor who can identify business opportunities close deals and contribute to the companys growth in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing services
  • Drive outbound sales efforts through cold calling email outreach LinkedIn and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal closures
  • Sell services including SEO Paid Media (Google Ads Meta Ads) Social Media Marketing and integrated digital solutions
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions aligned with their business goals
  • Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records track leads and prepare regular sales reports
  • Stay updated with industry trends market insights and competitor activities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements-

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency or similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO SEM SMM PPC etc.)
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a target-driven mindset
  • Experience in outbound sales and proactive client acquisition is mandatory
  • Ability to work as a strong individual contributor with high ownership
