Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all departments.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Source screen and shortlist candidates through portals consultants and
references.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final selection.
Ensure timely onboarding and induction of employees.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Manage attendance leave records employee files and HR documentation.
Ensure proper joining confirmation transfer and exit formalities.
Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management
Implement KRAs KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
Coordinate periodic performance reviews with department heads.
Monitor employee productivity and engagement.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Develop employee engagement initiatives and communication programs.
Promote discipline professionalism and positive work culture.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs across departments.
Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
Track skill development and performance improvement initiatives.
6. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Handle PF ESIC Bonus Gratuity Factory compliance and related
documentation.
Coordinate with consultants and authorities for audits and inspections.
7. HR Systems & Process Implementation
Develop SOPs for HR functions.
Implement structured HR systems and reporting mechanisms.
Support management in organizational development initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR / Human Resource Management preferred
Graduation mandatory
Experience

5 10 years of HR experience
Preferably from manufacturing / industrial sector
