Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons aligned with the schools experiential learning philosophy.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive tests through structured coaching and mock assessments.
- Maintain accurate academic records including attendance grades and progress reports.
- Implement classroom management strategies that foster a respectful and collaborative environment.
- Design and adapt curriculum materials incorporating digital teaching tools multimedia resources and crosssubject projects.
- Facilitate criticalthinking activities projectbased learning and interdisciplinary collaborations.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized mentoring to promote student growth.
- Coordinate extracurricular programs personalitydevelopment workshops and mentorship initiatives.
- Participate in continuous professional development departmental meetings and school events.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods such as analytical reading instruction experiential learning integration and digital platform utilization.
Essential Qualifications
- . (Bachelors of Education) with a specialization in English.
- Strong command of English language proficiency both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability in curriculum design and effective communication coaching.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 12 years of teaching experience in Business Studies or related disciplines.
