Senior Manager customer development
Job Summary
Sr Manager Customer Development - Food Services Position Overview:
Responsible for managing Food Service establishments largely driven by on-premise consumption including:
Planning and strategizing to retain and expand current customer relationships
Ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
Client engagement activities including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products services and/or solutions
Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers
Business development activities including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
Pricing research and strategy including network cost/pricing competitor analysis etc.
Conducting market research and identifying and predicting current and future consumer trends
ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Responsible for policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less)
Develops departmental plans including business forecasting operational priorities and controls resources (marketing budgets)
Leads / manages projects and / or processes
Problems and issues faced are difficult sometimes complex and may require understanding of multiple issues extensive investigations and analysis.
INNOVATION & COMPLEXITY
Responsible for making improvements or recommended enhancements of processes systems or products to enhance performance within or outside of the job area/function
Problems are typically solved through drawing prior experience analysis and interpretation of internal or external issues and modification of these to come up with solution definition

Typically requires at least 7 years of work experience
Experience in the QSR / Food Service industry will be an added advantage

Experience in Trade Marketing or similar roles that can help translate Brand vision to execution will be an add-on
