Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Consultant to join our team at Stella Contracting Inc. As a Learning Consultant you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing training programs for our employees. This is a full-time remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
- Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and objectives
- Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage employees and enhance learning
- Create and maintain training materials including presentations manuals and online resources
- Conduct training sessions for employees both in person and virtually
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and skills development
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experience with virtual training platforms and technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions
