Job Summary

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of HR system projects including performing testing and document preparation to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
Assist in change-management activities of new systems or work processes including drafting communication and training materials
Provide onsite support to facilitate smooth system rollout and drive user adoption ensuring users are guided and supported during transition

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology or a related discipline
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Good communication and the ability to think proactively and work under tight schedule
Hands-on experience in various HR management systems esp. ServiceNow is an advantage

Remarks

Appointment will be made on 6-month part-time contract terms
