Job Summary

Responsibilities

Participate in the design development and implementation of new employee experience initiatives as well as solutions that transform the end to end employee lifecycle
Translate business requirements into technical and service specifications and support managers in project management planning budgeting standards and guidelines as well as providing training for internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with business users IT vendors and contractors to conduct requirement studies solution designs system designs coding testing and implementation
Closely work with business users IT vendors and contractors to provide requirement study solution design system design coding testing and implementation
Coordinate with IT vendors and contractors at various levels to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Provide timely technical support system maintenance and troubleshooting for Human Resources systems

Requirements

Higher Diploma in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science or a related discipline
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizable companies
Hands-on experience in application development
Experience in one or more HCM products PeopleSoft Oracle Taleo Oracle Fusion SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is an advantage
Knowledge of utilizing emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics is an advantage
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
