Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design development and implementation of new employee experience initiatives as well as solutions that transform the end to end employee lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into technical and service specifications and support managers in project management planning budgeting standards and guidelines as well as providing training for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with business users IT vendors and contractors to conduct requirement studies solution designs system designs coding testing and implementation
- Work closely with business users IT vendors and contractors to provide requirement studies solution design system design coding testing and implementation
- Coordinate with IT vendors and contractors at various levels to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Provide timely technical support system maintenance and troubleshooting for Human Resources systems
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizable companies
- Hands-on experience in application development
- Experience in one or more HCM products PeopleSoft Oracle Taleo Oracle Fusion SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Knowledge in enterprise systems integration (e.g. RESTful API message queue) is a plus
- Knowledge of utilizing emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics is an advantage
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
