Why This Role Matters
As a Project Consultant youll play a critical role in how MTech supports active customers across Brazil and LATAM. This position is focused on managing customer demand coordinating internal teams and ensuring small projects enhancements and requests are delivered clearly and efficiently.
Youll sit at the intersection of customers internal stakeholders and project teams bringing structure organization and communication to ongoing work. Your ability to prioritize problem-solve and manage expectations will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and delivery success.
What Youll Do (Job Summary)
Own and manage the queue of requests from active customers including small projects enhancements and development demands
Act as a primary point of contactbetween customers and internal stakeholders
Validate scope urgency and feasibility of incoming requests
Set and manage customer expectations around timelines and delivery
Provide regular status updates and ensure clear backlog visibility
Monitor prioritize and organize ticket queues and demand pipelines
Support project-related work such as implementations training and internal coordination as needed
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and communication
This role is primarily office-based and works closely with internal teams with flexibility to support customer-facing activities as demand evolves.
