Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Consultant to join our remote this role you will assist clients in planning seamless personalized travel experiences from start to finish. Youll play an essential part in coordinating itineraries managing bookings and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure every trip is smooth memorable and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate vacations cruises group travel and custom itineraries
- Research destinations accommodations and travel options tailored to client needs
- Manage reservations confirmations and client communications
- Provide professional responsive support throughout the travel process
- Follow up with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Interest in travel hospitality or customer service
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
