Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Technical Project Management Support to support large infrastructure and capital improvement programs. This project is expected to be a short term role (less than one year). This role serves as the technical support for the configuration integration and optimization of Project Portfolio Management System (PPMS) platforms used to manage project delivery cost controls scheduling document management and reporting.

The Technical PM support works closely with client stakeholders to ensure the system environment supports effective program management. This includes collaborating during the configuration of workflows developing reporting structures managing data governance and supporting system integrations with cost management and document control.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical systems expertise with an understanding of capital project delivery enabling them to translate program requirements into scalable digital workflows that support project performance reporting transparency and decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical support for PPMS platforms supporting capital programs and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with the developer and client stakeholder in the configuration of modules related to cost management document control and workflow management
  • Collaborate with client stakeholder to develop dashboards reporting tools and data visualization products that support client decision-making
  • Collaborate with project controls scheduling and finance teams to ensure accurate system configuration and data alignment
  • Support with developing governance standards for data quality user permissions and system workflows
  • Support troubleshooting system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with client IT to ensure platform performance security compliance and scalability

 


Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS in Information Systems Engineering Software Engineering or related field 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience
  • Experience administering or implementing enterprise PPMS platforms for infrastructure or capital programs
  • Experience configuring workflows reporting structures and data management processes
  • Experience supporting project controls systems including cost and document management tools
  • Working knowledge of PPMS platforms such as Hexagon EcoSys PeopleSoft or similar PPMS platforms
  • Experience supporting large capital improvement programs or transportation infrastructure projects
  • Familiar with Primavera P6 cost management systems and reporting platforms
  • Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations
  • Familiarity with program controls environments including cost forecasting change management and schedule integration
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or PPMS implementation programs
