Requirements
- achelors degree in Mining Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- 25 years of progressive experience in mining production management preferably in Central Africa or similar regions.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale mining operations with demonstrated success in meeting production targets.
- In-depth knowledge of mining processes including drilling blasting loading hauling and processing.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations environmental compliance and sustainable mining practices.
- Proficiency in production planning software ERP systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Willingness to work in remote challenging environments with limited infrastructure.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel frequently across operational sites.
- Experience with community engagement and stakeholder management in resource-rich developing regions.
