Job Summary

Design and develop customized training curricula focused on AI fundamentals digital transformation data analytics automation and emerging technologies for corporate audiences.
Deliver engaging interactive and results-driven training sessions (in-person and virtual) to mid-to-senior level professionals and leadership teams.
Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to tailor training programs to specific organizational goals and industry needs.
Integrate real-world case studies hands-on exercises and AI-powered tools to enhance learning retention and practical application.
Collaborate with HR L&D and technology teams to align training initiatives with broader digital strategy and workforce development plans.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and KPIs and continuously refine content and delivery methods.
Stay current with advancements in AI machine learning generative AI and digital tools ensuring training content remains relevant and future-ready.
Support client onboarding post-training coaching and knowledge transfer initiatives to maximize impact.
Represent the organization at industry events workshops and thought leadership forums in Central Africa.

Requirements

25 years of proven experience in corporate training instructional design or digital skills development preferably in technology or AI-related fields.
Strong expertise in AI applications data literacy digital transformation automation tools and emerging tech trends.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Education or a related field; Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Google AI Coursera AI ATD CIPD) are highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high-quality training programs for adult learners in professional environments.
Proficiency in e-learning platforms (e.g. Moodle TalentLMS Articulate 360) and multimedia content creation tools.
Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills with fluency in English and local Central African languages (e.g. French Lingala Swahili) is a strong advantage.
Experience working with multinational corporations government agencies or NGOs in Sub-Saharan Africa is highly valued.
Ability to travel across Central Africa regions as needed for training delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving digital and AI landscapes.
