Your part inourMetroHospital team
Buildnurtureand strengthen GP and GP practice relationships across the UnitingCare Metro hospitals network.
Conduct structured facetoface GP liaison visits capturing insightsopportunitiesand followup actions.
Coordinate introductions and engagement between GPs and Visiting Medical Practitioners (VMPs) to enhance referral pathways.
Support delivery of the Metro GP Education Program including CPDaccredited activities and specialistfocused communications.
Assistin the planning and promotion of GP engagement events with Business Development and Marketing.
MaintainaccurateGP database records and prepare comprehensive monthly reportsidentifyingactivity trends and opportunities.
What makes a difference for us
Minimum 2 years experience in a facetoface GP liaison or healthcare relationship management role.
Strong understanding of GP and medical specialist referral pathways.
Experience in the private healthcare sector.
Demonstrated ability to engage with GPsspecialistsand clinical stakeholders.
Intermediate database and computer literacy skills with high accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication customerserviceand interpersonal capability.
Strongorganisationalskills with the ability toprioritiseand meet deadlines.
The successful applicant willbe requiredto have an open drivers license and use their own vehicle for practice visits (vehicle allowance to be provided).
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
