About the role
Deliver a high-quality customer experience by proactively contacting patients customers insurers and health funds to resolve outstanding accounts with empathy and professionalism
Respond to phone email and written enquiries promptly ensuring clear communication and positive outcomes for all stakeholders
Work collaboratively with internal teams to investigate and resolve account queries ensuring a seamless and supportive customer journey
Manage billing communications including statements and reminders helping customers understand their accounts and payment options
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and complex account issues taking a solutions-focused approach while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Thrive in a high-volume fast-paced environment managing busy email inboxes and phone enquiries while delivering responsive customer-focused service
Engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders demonstrating exceptional verbal communication and professionalism in every interaction
Produce clear accurate and concise written communications ensuring high-quality business and client correspondence
Work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative and managing tasks independently to achieve strong outcomes
Apply strong organisational time-management and problem-solving skills to prioritise competing deadlines resolve conflicts and negotiate positive results
