About the role

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by proactively contacting patients customers insurers and health funds to resolve outstanding accounts with empathy and professionalism

• Respond to phone email and written enquiries promptly ensuring clear communication and positive outcomes for all stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to investigate and resolve account queries ensuring a seamless and supportive customer journey

• Manage billing communications including statements and reminders helping customers understand their accounts and payment options

• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and complex account issues taking a solutions-focused approach while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Thrive in a high-volume fast-paced environment managing busy email inboxes and phone enquiries while delivering responsive customer-focused service

• Engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders demonstrating exceptional verbal communication and professionalism in every interaction

• Produce clear accurate and concise written communications ensuring high-quality business and client correspondence

• Work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative and managing tasks independently to achieve strong outcomes

• Apply strong organisational time-management and problem-solving skills to prioritise competing deadlines resolve conflicts and negotiate positive results
