How youll make the right impact
As an Admin & Customer Service Officer youll play a key role in ensuring our Defence logistics operations run efficiently and in line with contract expectations. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:
Coordinate and deliver day-to-day administrative and customer service support to operational teams
Maintain accurate records forms registers and databases in line with contract and audit requirements
Provide frontline customer service support for inbound enquiries complaints and order tracking requests
Generate standard reports and assist in preparation of formal documentation (e.g. meeting packs activity trackers KPI reporting inputs)
Follow defined procedures for document control data entry and query management escalating where necessary
What youll bring
Were looking for motivated professionals who bring:
Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative customer service document controller or logistics support role
Experience working in a logistics warehousing or Defence-related environment (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook SharePoint) and ability to work with ERP/WMS platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality accuracy and professionalism in all interactions
Knowledge of and experience with ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements relating the management and control of documentation and records (preferred)
Previous experience managing controlling developing and continuously improving document control systems
Eligibility to make the grade
