Oversee and manage all sales activities related to group transient wholesale and catering/banquet segments to maximize hotel revenue.
Develop implement and analyze data for strategic sales plans monthly reports annual targets sales and marketing budgets forecasts and other required reports.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Actively engage in marketing public relations and brand positioning efforts to enhance visibility and market presence.
Assess shifts in guest preferences market demand and competitor landscape to recommend necessary product service and operational adjustments.
Collaborate closely with Accors regional team to align with brand strategies and global initiatives.
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of sales management experience or a minimum of 2 years in a similar role with a proven track record.
Strong professional expertise with an understanding of the markets and business dynamics.
Proficient in reading writing and speaking English with excellent communication skills.
Excellence in customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Strong leadership strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
Based in Phuket or Bangkok with flexibility for travel.
