The Role
Our site inColorado Springs COisseeking aScholar Internship Mainstream SBUto join ourProduct Managementteamfor theSummer2026season. Thisassignment is intended tobe3.5monthsinduration.
In this role you willbe involved in mainstreamwherewe are currently introducing new products. This candidate cancontributetoproject management/engineering roles working closely with teams in Materials Engineering Manufacturing Software and conducting market analysis to help shape solutions.
WhatYoullDo
Support product managers and engineering teams in the development and launch of new mainstream product offerings.
Assistwith project coordination activities including timeline tracking documentation andcrossfunctionalcommunication.
Collaborate with Materials Engineering Manufacturing and Software teams to gather technical inputs and translate them into product requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis toidentifytrends customer needs and opportunities that inform product strategy.

Software and hardware engineering experience
SolidWorks certified able to support new product design
Eager to learn and take on new challenges
Excellent teamwork andconflict resolutionskills

Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week M-F (8a-5p) beginning inMid-MaythroughAugust.
Must be familiar with the universities requirements toparticipatein a co-op program
